I think I got pulled over this afternoon.
I'm not sure, though. The whole thing is a little sketchy.
Here's the deal: I was driving along on the way to my side job this afternoon, and I made a right hand turn as the stoplight was turning yellow. OK, maybe I started the turn after the light was already yellow, but it was clearly yellow and not red for the majority of the time I was turning. Or at least some of the time.
Halfway through the turn, I noticed the cop in the opposite lane making a left hand turn (in other words, turning down the same street I was going down).
As soon as I was on the new street I changed lanes into the left lane, and the cop soom followed into the same lane. Very shortly, he put his lights on. He followed me closely for about a half a block until I got to a place I could turn into. He waited behind my, lights still on, and as soon as I was parked, he took off in a different direction.
It was like the opening scene in Super Troopers.
I guess I should feel lucky, but it really kind of freaked me out. I got all the dread and apprehension that comes along with a ticket, only without the fine and points on my license.
Weird! I think your angel was flying with you.

As I was on the way home from work yesterday this cop drove behind me for about five minutes, it felt like fifteen so it was probably closer to two ... but - it was such a jerkoff thing to do. Surprisingly I was going the speed-limit, which was very rare for Ms. Yellow Car - but I guess the cop couldn't tell that I was shaking, so he just zoomed down an offramp.

in fact - nothing to do with cops -
now I like the photo album on the left.
Today I saw cops at my car park and was thrilling because
I hadn't pay the park fee. What a life...
